Proudly produced in Prince Edward County. Pinot Noir vinegar aged 10 years in oak barrels and blended with an all natural black currant concentrate. Deep, rich and earthy with a subtle sweetness. No artificial colours or preservatives. Our flavoured vinegars are perfect for vinegrettes, sauces & marinades on salads, meats and more. Try adding a shot to your favourite drink or reducing it and drizzling on pizza, pancakes, ice cream or cheesecake for a sweet and tangy kick of flavour.
